International flights and visas are not included by default. Discuss your arrangements with our team so the proposal clearly explains the services included.

Most experiences are guided by local professionals. Some itineraries also include time for independent exploration; your proposal sets out the guiding arrangements.

For location, atmosphere, reliability, and character. Your proposal explains the stays selected for your journey, including boutique hotels, heritage houses, or desert camps where relevant.

Meal arrangements depend on the itinerary. Breakfast is usually included, with other meals selected when they form part of the experience. Inclusions are set out before you book.

We arrange air-conditioned vehicles, with appropriate 4×4 transport and experienced drivers for routes that require it. Your itinerary confirms the arrangements.

We encourage practical, respectful dress, particularly at cultural and religious sites. Our team provides guidance suited to the places in your itinerary.

Once the itinerary is agreed, we share the payment schedule, confirmation steps, and applicable conditions in writing.
