Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Dubai

Arrival at Dubai International Airport. Meet the representative and transfer to the hotel in a suitable vehicle. Rest of the day at leisure to relax and start discovering the city on your own.

 

Day 02: Abu Dhabi Tour

Check-out and departure to Abu Dhabi.

Join this tour to get an overview of the most visited places in Abu Dhabi – the capital of the United Arab Emirates, built on a natural island. Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi, the first stop will be at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, one of the largest in the world. Completely clad in marble, the mosque has numerous intricate Islamic decorations.

Next, drive to the waterfront Corniche to visit the Heritage Village, built on an artificial breakwater, and depicting scenes from the region's pre-oil days. Take stunning photos of the Manhattan-like skyline and make a photo stop near the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi's famous $3 billion "7-star hotel."

Then, travel through pristine gardens and beaches until you reach Central Souq, with time to mingle with the locals in this charming souk. The tour continues to a traditional date market to get a closer look at the amazing varieties of dates.

Dress code: Baggy pants or long skirts and long sleeves up to ankles/wrists. No shorts for men, nor tight or see-through clothing are allowed. Women must cover their head with a scarf, so it is recommended to carry one with you.

Day 03: Cultural Treasures of Abu Dhabi

Start your day with a visit to the world's largest falcon hospital. Falcons hold a special place in Emirati culture, and this guided tour offers a fascinating insight into their historical and cultural significance. Learn about the deep bond between falcons and Bedouins, explore the hospital's treatment areas, and visit the on-site museum with traditional falconry equipment.

Continue to Saadiyat Island, a vibrant cultural district and home to the iconic Louvre Abu Dhabi. Stop for photos at this architectural masterpiece before heading to nearby Yas Island for a quick stop at Ferrari World, the world's first Ferrari-branded theme park. Take some time to shop for unique souvenirs.

Your last stop is at Qasr Al Hosn, the oldest stone building in Abu Dhabi. This historic fort, located in front of the city's modern skyline, offers a striking contrast between old and new. Once the residence of the ruling family, Al Hosn has been transformed into a national monument and living museum that beautifully reflects the history and heritage of the emirate.

Day 04: Al Ain Tour

Check-out and departure to Al Ain – the Garden City.

Enjoy a great day, traversing fascinating and ever-changing desert landscapes en route to the beautiful city of Al Ain, listed by UNESCO as a 'Garden City'. Upon arrival, the first visit is to Qasr Al Muwaiji, birthplace of the late Sheikh Khalifa, former president of the UAE.

Then, head to the renovated Old Palace of the late Sheikh Zayed, Abu Dhabi's first ruler and founding president of the UAE, to learn more about local cultural traditions. Then visit the award-winning Al Jahili Fort to see a permanent exhibition dedicated to the intrepid British explorer Sir Wilfred Thesiger, who crossed the Rub al-Khali, the "Empty Room," twice in the 1940s.

Afterward, head to the Al Ain Oasis heritage site, where your guide will tell you about the ancient Falaj underground irrigation system. Before stopping at the largest camel market in the region, enjoy a delicious lunch. Later, a final stop is made at the foot of Jebel Hafeet Mountain to get a close look at the popular hot springs before returning leisurely.

Day 05: Transfer from Dubai to Nizwa via Al Ain

The group will be picked up at your hotel in Al Ain by an English-speaking guide from Miracle, along with a driver and a private bus. Depart for Oman, crossing the border and enjoying a scenic drive to Nizwa. En route, visit Jabrin Fort, famous for its decorated ceilings and stunning architecture. Afterwards, photo stop at the Bahla Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through the  traditional souk, where you can find handicrafts, silver jewelry and ceramics. Continue to Nizwa for accommodation.

Day 06: Nizwa, Wadi Bani Khaled, Wahiba Desert

The day begins with a visit to Nizwa Fort, famous for its imposing circular tower and fascinating history. Walk through the traditional souk, where you can find handicrafts, silver jewelry and ceramics. Continue to Al Hamra, one of the oldest villages in Oman, known for its well-preserved mud houses. Visit Bait Al Safa, a restored museum-dwelling that offers an authentic insight into Omani life. Then, transfer to Misfat Al Abriyeen, a picturesque mountain village with agricultural terraces. Finally, climb Jabal Shams, the highest mountain in Oman, to admire its spectacular views of the Grand Canyon of Arabia.

Day 07: SOUTH – WADI TIWI – BIMMAH SINKHOLE – MUSCAT

Continue to the South, a coastal town with a great maritime tradition. Visit to the Dhow Shipyard, where wooden boats are still made by hand, to the South Lighthouse and a walk along the Corniche.

Scenic drive along the coast with a hike through Wadi Tiwi, a spectacular canyon with natural pools and waterfalls. Then, stop at Bimmah Sinkhole, a stunning limestone formation with turquoise waters. Travel to Muscat enjoying the coastal scenery.

Day 08: Muscat City Tour

Exploration of Muscat's main attractions, starting with the Grand Mosque of Sultan Qaboos, an Islamic architectural gem. Visit the vibrant Mutrah Souk, where you can find Omani perfumes, spices, and handicrafts. Stop at Al Alam Palace, the ceremonial residence of the Sultan, flanked by the Mirani and Jalali forts. Continue to the Bait Al Zubair Museum to learn more about Omani culture through artifacts, weapons, and traditional costumes. Finally, stop at the Royal Opera House of Muscat, an iconic architectural work of the city.

Enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise aboard a traditional Omani dhow. Take in the skyline of the city as the sun hides behind the mountains, tinting the sky in golden hues. Refreshments are offered on board as you sail along Muscat's beautiful coastline.
